How It Works
After changes are implemented, the assessment platform re-collects evidence across all affected components.
Collected evidence is compared to the original finding state. Each finding is marked resolved or requires further action.
A consultant reviews the comparison, confirms outcome attribution, and approves the verification report.
Verification Report delivered confirming verified outcomes and residual findings, if any. Engagement is formally closed.
Structured post-implementation report confirming each finding was resolved, with before/after evidence comparison and outcome documentation.
